This insight came to me when I was facing some challenges at work and needed a way to regain my mental strength. I knew if I made a prayer, like I usually do, I'd get an answer from my angels. Let me tell you, by the end of the day, I stumbled into a video on Youtube that had the perfect message I needed to boost me.
Let me give you some quick tips that help me.
Becoming mentally stronger = Positive attitude toward any challenge.
If you can change your mindset in any situation, you will always WIN. It may take some trials, but you can overcome them.
Every time you stumble across a challenge write these three headers:
I will let go of [three things to let go] - Focus on avoiding the worries you want to let go.
I am grateful for [three things you are positive for] - Focus on positivity.
I will focus on [three things to focus on] - Focus on the things that will help you.
If aspects of your life are not going well, you can turn your life around by changing your beliefs, mindset, and expectations. Remember that, because life will not always adjust for us. We must adjust, ourselves.
Read it every day and anytime a situation arises, focus on your attitude toward the situation.
Repeat, repeat, repeat and you will see wonders. Promised.
