The 3 pillars of harmony came to me after I had an Epiphany while thinking about how I can help other people start receiving angelic / spirits guidance as I do. There are different ways out there, but the one I can teach with the simplest format that anyone can understand and start using is this one.

You have probably heard about the words Mind, Body, the Spirit in reference to balance. Let me tell you that living in harmony with ourselves, living a center/balance life, and living in peace with everyone and everything (people, animals, plan, and spirits) is the ultimate goal we have to achieve in this life. When you reach it, you have access to wisdom, luck, insight, and guidance 24/7 to assist you in your soul mission, life path, and spiritual calling.

In order to achieve that level of awareness and find your spiritual calling, think of each aspect of yourself in those 3 categories and write about your answers on a piece of paper before joining the group coaching session for more insights.

Body: with the score from 0 to 11, what is your best score.
Mind: with the score from 0 to 11, what is your best score.
Spirit: with the score from 0 to 11, what is your best score.

Body - how do you perceive your body in relation to your confidence and current environment. Do you feel that you are in shape? Do you feel that you are healthy? Are you ok with how your body looks and feels to you? Answer this question with the most possible honesty by assigning a score. I gave myself a 10 because I love my body and feel like I am eating properly and live a healthy lifestyle. Everything in moderation.
Mind - how do you feel about your intellectual knowledge? How smart to you think you are? No comparison with others, your personal opinion. Do you feel like you learn enough to thrive in your current environment? I gave myself a 9 last year because I was constantly studying new topics every week and I have enhanced creativity and problem-solving ability.
Spirit - how do you feel about your spiritual connection to your belief? How do you feel about how much you are connected to God/ the universe/ your angels, spirit guides, and archangels? How do you feel about your religious belief? Whatever you believe in and that it is assisting you with your faith? I initially gave myself a 9, but I am now a 10, and the reason why is that I have total faith in God, my angels, and spirit guides to guide me through my life journey. I also commit to studying, working, reflecting, learning, and accepting any lessons that come to me. And at last, I started a spiritually based company to grow and help others grow as well.

When you have a score of 6 and above on each category, you are center enough to be able to receive guidance through synchronicity, events, coin, feather, and repeating number - Sign varies based on each person's natural abilities and divine gifts. I have coached some people that directly receive their guidance via their intuition, some by hearing other talks, other with their body like I do.

Ultimately, the more you improve on those scores by living a more balanced life, the more you start discovering your soul mission and passion which eventually leads to a fulfilling life and life mission accomplished.
